Ginny got in touch as she had recently acquired a second holiday let and wanted to know what the best online approach was. Ginny already had a website for her first holiday let but wasn’t sure how best to integrate the two. Would it really be a case of starting from scratch even though she’d built up a following for the first holiday let? She also wanted customers to be able to book online.

Background:

Ginny started letting her first holiday home three years ago. She understood how important the online side of the business was so got a website built for the holiday let and started social media pages. Ginny handled all of the bookings and paperwork manually.

Approach:

We analysed the current website and through a conversation with Ginny, concluded that a new website advertising both holiday lets and with a booking function would be most efficient, both for the project and in the long run for Ginny. We also helped with the copy and photography across the website.

Outcome:

Ginny is very happy with the website and has already had some great feedback. We made sure it was set up to rank well with Google and helped to integrate the booking portal chosen by Ginny. Our next step is to make sure there is a steady build up of quality organic traffic to the website.
